Here's To Inescapeably Annoying Music

I have a coworker who sits in an office behind my cube. I don't know if he thinks his music is so awesome that everyone wants to hear it, or if he assumes he can just play it loudly because he has the right by virtue of sitting in an office with a door (which he never closes). Either way, I think I've heard maybe one song of his in the past week that didn't grate on my nerves.

I could walk over and ask him to turn it down. But then that wouldn't be cool, would it?

Thank goodness for my silicone-enhanced Bose Triport™ earbuds.

I like my earbuds

This is neither here nor there, but it's been a while since I wrote anything here that nobody (or anybody) reads. For Christmas I got those Bose Triport® Earbuds. I had tried them in the store, and they seemed very comfortable and produced good sound. Now, after nearly a month, I have to say I'm still pleased.

In looking at reviews on the Internet, I found most people critical of the fact that they're too bass-y. I tend to agree, but a simple tweak to the equalizer fixes that problem. Now I can listen to tunes all day long without any soreness on the ears. The sound that's reproduced is at least as good, if not better, than earmuff-style headphones.

In short, yay for my Bose earbuds.
