Sioux Falls needs more snow like Paris Hilton's face needs another apparent stroke. Or like Nancy Pelosi needs another trip to Fantasyland.
Obviously, mankind hasn't perfected need-based snowfall yet. So I must resign myself to more suffering in the cold.
